Information

      Leveraging the advantages of the F2 Ultra in deep engraving on brass, we have designed a brass shell necklace pendant. After being polished, it is adorned with pearls and abalone shells.

Step1

Preview

Based on the drawings I provided, use 1.5mm brass sheet and select deep engraving in relief mode. Specific parameters can be found in the xcs document. After processing, use sandpaper to polish the brass surface. Then soak it in a deoxidizer for 30 seconds, and you will obtain a perfect brass base.

Step2

Preview

Selecting our preferred shell material, we chose abalone shells for their natural color and luster, which are particularly suitable for jewelry inlaying and embellishment. Once the shell inlaying is completed, semi-round pearls can be inlaid. After all materials are inlaid, the surface is cured using resin glue, and a beautiful brass shell necklace pendant is ready.
