To start, select the initial needed. Make sure it is set to output and then select all the other letters and change to ignore.

Now make sure the setting and thickness is correct for the material you are using

Cut the initial

now add a text box and choose the font you want. Type the name and weld it together.

Highlight the name and add a outline. 

Resize the text and outline so that it fits the letter

Cut these out

Asseble the project and the glue to dry
