Christmas Ball Remix

First, do a material test to find out the settings to cut through the wood. I gave it one extra pass to make sure it cut through. Go ahead and cut everything out.

Now after you have cut everything be careful separating the pieces from the sheet of wood, some pieces can get caught up with the sheet of wood and break off. Make sure that you clear out the cut-out holes on each piece.  Be careful the piece is cut thin and when you separate the two parts it might break. The outer circle piece likes to stick together when you try to separate it, so I used a pencil to help push the center pieces in opposite directions.

When I painted the outer circle part, I left it flat and put a piece of painter's tape on one side and painted the others side. The tape will keep everything together. Let it dry and tape the side you just painted, remove the other tape and then paint the other side. Let it dry and you have the option to paint the outer and inside parts of the outer circle (the parts that were burnt from the laser). The inside piece paint however you wish.

Once everything is painted, carefully slide the snowflake or snowman inside the outer circle piece and slide the top and bottom inside the two cutout parts of the outer circle. Put a dab of glue inside each of those holes to secure them together.
