Information

      Made a teardrop shape 1.015w X .595h" in size.  Set a smaller hole .066wX.066h for the wire holder Grouped them together and set to cut.  Added a smaller teardrop .408w X .629h and centered in the larger teardrop and set to engrave.  I then set up another teardrop shape .411w x .634h for the abalone insert.  I used 3mm basswood for the main structure and set cut to 85% cut 5 speed and 2 passes. Engraving set to 85% power 200 speed 1 pass with LPC 261.  I then cut out the abalone insert using 85% power, 5 speed and 2 passes.  The abalone inlay was purchased on amazon and is a very thin veneer with a sticky backing and I covered the front with masking tape to prevent charring.  I used E6000 to glue in the insert.
