I am new to XCS however I have used a few pieces of design software for my CNC Router. Compared to these XCS needs a lot of work. 

1. Open Recent file selection every other piece of design software I use has this feature
2. Hold the last font used. It is irritating when designing on new line of text you have to select your font again. FONT Hold Please!
3. Clicking in the work space. And objects in the work space. It is very hit and miss on weather you will actually get the object you want and every time you need to click outside the work area to make the click on object work. Clicked objects also seem to not be released when you lift the mouse button. This cause the object to moved from its position. 
4. Allow for a colour theme selection. Not a fan of green.
