Instruction

1

Step1: Ensure that the width of the eye holes corresponds to the child's age group.

2

Step2: Prepare your paper or card

If you have 300g glossy photo paper this will be sufficient for a mask. If you don't, glue the normal glossy photo paper to cardstock.

3

Step3: Print the designs onto the paper

Print the images in color or black and white. The images can also be printed on a suitable paper for color crayons so that the children can color the images in as an extra activity.

Cut the masks out. Once cut, holes can be punched out or included in the cut file, for the elastic. At this point, instead of holes, a hand held stick could be added so that the mask is held in front of the face.

Step5: Wooden mask

The photo paper can be stuck on to 3mm basswood, color printed and cut out or the basswood can be printed directly on the M2. A wooden baton similar to a chopstick can be stuck to the back of the mask and held up by a child. This presents a longer lasting mask.
