I do leatherwork and started making my own custom artwork and using my laser machine to make leather stamps. Real time saver and opens up a lot of customization. also saves $$ on custom brass stamps you may use only a handful of times. Can easily be adapted for other laser engraving projects.

Step1
I ran this at 25% power, 200mms, and 300DPI for 6 passes and then a quick cut at the end. Delrin can melt and deform your project if you run the power too hot, especially with fine lines of small detail. This was my fourth attempt, which included a few tweaks to the digital file in Adobe Illustrator. Cut was made at 75% power and 3 passes.
