100 square learning table

To start ensure your material is suitable for printing and using in the O1, ensure it is not more than 30cm wide or 3kg in weight.

Load the top of table into the O1 using the flatbed. 

Ensure that the 100 square is set to out put and the leg elements are disabled. Image is set to colour only (as printed on a white material) change this if needed. It is also a flat image.

Once happy with placement of 100 square process the print.

Once finished remove from teh plate

Load the legs into the printer, all four can be placed at once. Ensure they are the correct way up! No one wants their numbers upside down!

Select the four leg elements and ensure they are set to out put. Scan the plate and place the numbers over each leg. 

Select the 100 square and set to ignore.

Print the legs and remove from the base plate

Screw the legs to the table.

The material I used can be used with a whiteboard pen, however, please check your material before using this.
