Design Concept
The Gachapon Machine brings the nostalgic fun of classic capsule vending machines into a DIY project. Simply turn the handle and a capsule is released, combining the satisfaction of mechanical movement with the excitement of a surprise.
Each turn dispenses one capsule. The removable top makes refilling easy, while the transparent front panel lets you see both the capsules and the gear mechanism in action. Built with a glue-free tab-and-slot structure and precision gear transmission, the machine is easy to assemble without additional hardware, while glue can be added for extra stability if desired.
Whether used at craft fairs, parties, as a unique gift, or as a desktop display, this capsule machine creates an engaging interactive experience. Fill the capsules with handmade accessories, small toys, candy, or message cards to make every turn a fun surprise.
