Jig Generator

Create your own jig for O1

Description

UV Jig Generator · Beginner’s Guide

In one sentence: Upload your material outline, automatically arrange multiple jig slots on the UV printer baseplate, and export cutting files with one click.

What It Can Do

Recognize outlines: Upload SVG graphics / STL 3D models, or choose preset shapes directly (rectangle / circle / rounded rectangle).

Batch layout: Automatically arrange as many pieces as possible on 330×122 mm or 330×420 mm baseplates, or manually specify rows and columns.

Three preview modes: 2D layout preview, 3D jig preview, and export preview.

Export: Generate SVG / DXF cutting files and UV printing positioning templates.

Get Started in 3 Minutes

Choose a source: Drag in an .svg / .stl file, or select a preset shape (rectangle / circle / rounded rectangle).

Select a baseplate: Choose 330×122 mm or 330×420 mm.

Set material size: Enter width/height, or adjust using scale % and rotation angle. Enable Lock Ratio to scale proportionally.

Arrange layout: By default, Auto Fill automatically generates the maximum number of pieces. Disable it to manually set rows and columns.

Fine-tune settings: Adjust spacing, margins, alignment, and slot offset (see parameter table below).

Preview: Switch to 3D Preview to check jig thickness and whether the cutout structure is suitable.

Export: Select SVG / DXF / STL at the bottom and click Export to download.

BaseplateBaseplateSelect the UV printer baseplate size.
Material SizeWidth / Height / Scale / RotationSet the size and orientation of each material piece. Lock Ratio enables proportional scaling.
LayoutAuto Fill / Rows / Columns / OrientationAutomatically fill the baseplate or manually define rows, columns, and horizontal/vertical arrangement.
Spacing & MarginSpacing / MarginControls slot spacing and the outer margins around the baseplate (can be adjusted independently or linked).
AlignmentHorizontal / VerticalControls the overall array alignment position on the baseplate.

Jig SettingsSlot Offset / Jig ThicknessControls slot tolerance relative to the material outline / jig plate thickness (affects 3D preview).

Key Tips

Slot Offset: Positive values make slots larger and looser; negative values make them smaller and tighter. A value of 0.1–0.3 mm usually provides a good fit for easy placement and removal.

Out of range: When the status shows Out of range and slots are highlighted in red, export is disabled. Reduce the quantity, size, or spacing to fix it.

Replace files without losing settings: Replace File keeps the baseplate, spacing, and layout settings while recalculating the arrangement. Delete clears everything and returns to the upload screen.

True-to-scale output: All dimensions use mm and 1:1 scale. Exported files exactly match the canvas preview and can be imported directly into cutting software.
