Create custom Christmas ornaments from laser-cut plywood. Choose a shape, adjust its dimensions and preview the assembled decoration before exporting your cutting files.
- Five shapes: Christmas tree, sphere, bell, pinecone and finial.
- Adjustable size and disc density:Material thickness and selected hanging-eye dimensions stay fixed when scaling the ornament.
- Material and joint settings: set plywood thickness, laser kerf and joint clearance.
- Custom hanging eye:Choose the opening diameter to suit your hanging cord.
- Interactive 3D preview:rotate, zoom and use the exploded view to inspect the assembly.
- Parts preview:Inspect arranged cutting sheets with measurement rulers and switch between millimetres and inches.
- SVG export: download arranged sheets or separate parts at 1:1 scale in millimetres, with kerf compensation applied.
To get started, enter your material settings, choose a shape or preset, and adjust the size, layer count and hanging eye. Check the 3D model and cutting layout, then export your files.
