Hello, I am having trouble with my new D1 Pro laser, it is only making straight lines. At first I thought it was an issue with my company logo so I tried just a regular circle and it is still just making a straight line. Any help would be appreciated, I have looked on youtube and on here and can not find anything to help. This is my first laser engraver so and I really want to start making stuff but can't get past this issue.
