Atomm remains committed to building a fair, honest, and respectful community for all creators. Recently, following a thorough investigation into violations during our community contests and interactions, the official team has taken the following actions in accordance with the Atomm User Conduct Guidelines:
Contest Compliance and Integrity
To protect the rights of original creators and maintain a healthy content ecosystem, Atomm strictly prohibits any form of intellectual property infringement. Our core mission is to celebrate authentic, physical results; while we encourage using AI as a creative aid, it must not replace the actual craftsmanship of your final project submission. Our investigation has confirmed instances of presenting others' creations as original and the unauthorized use of AI-generated content in certain entries. In accordance with community rules, the official team has formally disqualified these non-compliant projects from the contest.
Maintenance of Community Interaction Order
At Atomm, we strive to foster a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where creators can freely share their passions and grow together. We believe that professional and respectful dialogue is the foundation of our community’s success. However, in accordance with our User Conduct Guidelines, we must take firm action when this harmony is threatened.
The platform has recently received multiple reports regarding malicious comments, fraudulent Demo bookings, and, most severely, persistent harassment of our community members on external social media platforms. These organized attacks severely disrupt the creative process and personal safety of our creators. To safeguard our users, the official team has implemented permanent ban measures on the accounts involved in these malicious activities, including, but not limited to, users jn954, kaviarahul601, Believe and nickman. Please note that once an account is banned, the associated IP address will be restricted from registering any new accounts on our platform.
Reiteration of Community Red Lines
We would like to remind all members that the following actions are considered serious violations. Once verified, the platform will take the following disciplinary measures based on the nature of the offense:
- Content Violations
Behavior: Plagiarizing or copying others' projects to participate in community contests, or submitting fraudulent projects using AI tools.
Penalty: Non-compliant content will be disqualified from the contest, all associated rewards will be revoked, and the user will be ordered to rectify the content. For repeat offenders who fail to comply after warnings, we will implement stepped account restrictions, ranging from functional limitations to permanent banning.
- Safety & Conduct Violations
Behavior: Engaging in persistent harassment, intimidation, or personal threats against other users, creators, or Atomm employees (including harassment conducted on external platforms).
Penalty: Atomm maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threats to user safety. We may take immediate action against your Atomm account, including functional restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent banning, depending on the severity of the harassment.
Basis for Action and Future Commitment
All disciplinary decisions strictly follow our User Conduct Guidelines. To address any behavior that undermines fairness or threatens the safety of our users, the official team reserves the right to take further technical measures. This includes functional restrictions, temporary suspension, and permanent banning.
We will continue to enhance our community through technical upgrades and improved management to ensure every compliant member can create in a safe and focused environment.
