1280X1280 (2).PNG

You can also upload from your personal space in Studio.

1280X1280 (3).PNG

To ensure that your shared design can be smoothly downloaded and used by other community members, please follow the following file format recommendations:

  • Supported Formats : Multiple design file formats are supported, including XCS, DXF, and SVG.
  • Recommended Format : It is highly recommended to upload files in .xcs format. This is the native project format of XTool Studio, allowing other users to directly import it into the software for editing and use, which greatly improves collaboration efficiency.
  • File Validity : Please ensure that the

Step 3: Fill in Basic Information

1.Cover Image :

The cover image is crucial for attracting other creators. It is recommended to highlight the finished product rather than the production process. The current cover aspect ratio is 4:3. You can choose to upload an image, GIF, or video, but please pay attention to the file size to avoid upload failures.

1280X1280 (4).PNG

For tips on creating excellent covers, you can refer to:https://www.designfind.com/discussion/1099

After uploading the cover, you can use ATOMM's built-in AI to enhance it. If you are not satisfied with the generated image, you can click the "Regenerate" button to generate a new one.

2.Title :

The title should be specific, concise, and include the design purpose. After uploading the cover, AI will generate a title that matches the cover, which you can refer to and see if it meets your needs.

1280X1280 (5).PNG

3.Summary :

Introduce your design to fellow creators, explaining the reasons for its creation and the target audience. It is recommended to write at least 20 words in the summary, such as: What materials did you use? What parameters did you set? Were there any interesting incidents during the production process? What was the source of inspiration for this project? This will help other users better replicate your creativity.

1280X1280 (6).PNG

4.Project Source :

You can choose "Original" or "Remix". If your design was created by referring to others' designs, please remember to upload the link to the original design to protect intellectual property rights.

1280X1280 (7).PNG

5.License :

You can choose a license based on whether you allow others to modify and use your design for commercial purposes. The platform provides multiple license types for you to choose from. If you have any questions, you can click [How to choose a license?] for assistance.

1280X1280 (8).PNG1280X1280 (9).PNG

Step 4: Fill in Production Information

Fill in the application scenario, software used, machine and processing module, materials used, material information, and total time. If you upload an .xcs file, the machine and materials you used will be automatically recognized. However, if you used multiple materials and tools to complete the work during the creation process, you can add other materials and tools here.

1280X1280 (10).PNG

Step 5: Instruction

You can choose whether to write a tutorial. If you don't want to write one, you can directly proceed to the next step. If you are willing to write a tutorial, you can use the official built-in template to enter detailed tutorial steps, share production difficulties and solutions, or directly upload a tutorial file. For detailed steps, please note the following:

  • Clearly describe each step in words, such as how to place the materials, how to edit the image file, which functions were used, and which accessories or tools were employed.
  • If your work requires assembly, you can introduce each step of the assembly process in detail.
  • It is best to accompany each step with appropriate images to make it easier for everyone to understand.
  • You can also share the difficulties you encountered during the production process or some tips. The community is a place for knowledge sharing, where other creators can gain experience from you or offer suggestions.

1280X1280 (11).PNG

  • You can also directly upload the tutorial file you've created.

1280X1280 (12).PNG

Step 6: Select Tags and Categories

You can select tags for your project here. The website will recommend some tags based on your file, and if you don't find suitable ones, you can also enter them manually.

1280X1280 (13).PNG

If AI was used to assist in designing your project, you can check the corresponding option.

1280X1280 (14).PNG

Step 7: Preview and Submit

After completing the above steps, you have finished filling in the information for project upload. Now you can click to preview and submit your project.

1280X1280 (15).PNG
