This quick guide will help you understand how the platform works. It covers rules, payout method, upload standards, copyright policies, and answers to the most common questions, so you can focus on creating and start earning with ease.

💸 2. Payout & Taxes

Q1: What are the conditions for withdrawals? When can I request a payout?

You can request a withdrawal once your balance reaches $20 or more.
You can withdraw anytime after reaching this amount, but most creators prefer monthly withdrawals.

Q2: What payout methods are available? Are there fees?

You can withdraw via Stripe, bank transfer, or PayPal. Set up your payout details in Creator Center → Earn → Payout Settings.

Note: Some countries don’t currently support Stripe. A successful Stripe binding should show the confirmation page. Otherwise, it means the binding failed.

Q3: What’s the payout process and timeline? Do I need to provide any documents?

Submit your withdrawal request in Creator Center.
It will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, the timeline depends on the payout method:

✅ Stripe: Funds will be sent directly to your Stripe account after approval.
✅ Bank transfer / PayPal: You’ll need to email us an invoice. After we receive it, payments are processed within 7–10 business days. Contact: [email protected]

Q4: What about taxes? Does Atomm handle tax reporting?

Atomm does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf. You are responsible for reporting your own taxes.

However, you can easily download your earnings history anytime in Creator Center → Earn, which helps with tax filing.

📤 3. Uploading Paid Templates & Review Standards

Q1: How long does it take for my templates to be reviewed?

Usually reviewed within 3 business days, though it may take longer during peak times. We appreciate your understanding and will review your paid submission as soon as possible. You can check the status anytime in Creator Center → Content.

Q2: What are the review requirements?

Templates must be 100% original，no copied or slightly modified works.Each template must have openable files, clear preview images and a detailed description.

Q3: Can I set discounts or create bundles for my paid templates?

Yes! Upload the templates you want to bundle as individual Premium templates. Then set them as a bundle in Creator Center.

To add discounts, go to Creator Center → Store → Discount.

Q4: Can I delete my templates?

Community templates(free templates） can be deleted anytime.
Premium templates（paid templates） cannot be deleted directly can’t be deleted directly due to purchase and access history. If you need to remove a premium template due to copyright issues or other concerns, email us and we’ll assist you with the takedown.

🖋 4. Copyright & Protection

Q1: What if someone copies or resells my work?

Click the “Report” button on the template page or email us with evidence. We’ll investigate and remove infringing works.

Q2: What if my work is mistakenly reported for copyright infringement?

Don’t worry, we carefully review all reports. If it’s a false report, your work stays online. You can provide proof of originality (e.g., source files, drafts, timestamps). If your work is removed, you can appeal via [email protected] to restore it.

Q1: Will Atomm give my work extra exposure?

Yes! High-quality templates or works popular with users may be featured by the platform.
New creators and newly uploaded templates also get extra visibility to help you grow.
Plus, if you post on social media and tag @atomm_official with hashtags #atomm #atommcreator, you may get featured on our official channels.

Q2: Besides selling templates, are there other ways to earn rewards?

Yes! Atomm regularly hosts creator events, contests, and reward challenges. You can earn extra cash, credits, or even free xTool machines. Check Creator Center for more details.

Q3: How long does the Premium Creator newcomer bonus last?

The newcomer bonus is valid for 30 days after approval. You’ll receive a welcome email with the exact deadline. Make sure to hit the target before it expires!

Q4: Can top creators get xTool machines or special discounts?

Yes! Outstanding creators may receive early access to new xTool machines or exclusive discounts.
