I have been entering the Bingo Party Contest.  I am down to the last square,  “Entries Get 30 Total Downloads”
Does that mean I am relying on 30 members to take pitty on me and download my entries,  or does that mean as myself being an “entrant” into the contest I should be downloading other peoples works of art?
